Terms & Conditions – Print & Sticker Co.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed with Print & Sticker Co. are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Wholesale pricing is based on agreed quantities and specifications.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
3. Artwork & Proofing
- Customers are responsible for supplying correct artwork files.
- Proofs will be provided where applicable and must be approved before production begins.
- Print & Sticker Co. is not responsible for errors once artwork has been approved.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and materials.
- We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Collection / Pickup Policy
- All completed jobs must be collected within 14 days of notification that the order is ready.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup unless delivery has been agreed upon.
6. Uncollected Goods
- Orders not collected within 14 days may incur storage fees.
- Orders left uncollected for more than 30 days may be deemed abandoned.
- Print & Sticker Co. reserves the right to dispose of or resell uncollected goods after this period without refund.
7. Delivery (If Applicable)
- Delivery services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Risk passes to the customer once goods leave our premises.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of printed products, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
- Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.
- We will assess and rectify genuine faults where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Print & Sticker Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
10. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Print & Sticker Co. until paid in full.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
